Generates real orders and logs them as simulated — never submitted to the broker.
Risk policy
Conservative defaults, explicitly stated so results can say "operated under predefined risk constraints" rather than "risk was adjusted until results looked acceptable." Buys that would breach the position-weight limit are blocked before being attempted; sells are never blocked by risk policy. Portfolio drawdown past the limit auto-pauses all live trading.
COG autonomy roadmap
Reaching Limited Live or Autonomous Management here only means the metrics justify starting that build — the actual unattended-execution code for those states does not exist yet. Advancing requires the criteria below to actually be met; this is enforced server-side, not just displayed.
